Who we are

This site is operated by EmerickTech LLC for EmerickTech Bitcoin Treasury.

Free-tool financial inputs

Bitcoin quantities, USD totals, and policy thresholds entered into the public Control Pack and related tools are processed locally in your browser. EmerickTech does not save those free-tool financial inputs.

Paid browser workspace

Founding Business stores business settings, treasury inputs, and saved monthly reports in browser local storage on the device you use. Those financial values are not uploaded to an EmerickTech account database. The workspace includes a JSON backup export that you can keep and later re-import.

Paid-access verification

To activate paid access, the workspace sends the checkout email address, license key, and license instance information through this site's license-validation route to Lemon Squeezy. The license credential is then stored in that browser so access can be revalidated. Treasury figures are not included in license-validation requests.

BTC reference price

When the site requests a current BTC/USD reference price, the browser calls this site's /api/btc-price route. That route retrieves pricing from mempool.space and returns the reference price, source, and retrieval time. The request does not include your Bitcoin quantity, cash figures, policy limits, obligations, or other treasury inputs.

Contact and update forms

If you submit the contact form or subscribe to product updates, the information you enter in that form is sent to EmerickTech through the site's form-delivery service. Control Pack and paid-workspace treasury figures are not automatically attached to those submissions. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, or sensitive treasury figures in a contact message.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is optional. The site does not load Google Analytics until you select Accept Analytics in the consent banner or Cookie Settings. If you reject analytics, the free tools, paid access, and browser-stored reports continue to work. You can change the choice later through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Browser storage and cookies

The free Control Pack does not persist its treasury inputs. Founding Business intentionally uses localStorage to retain paid-access credentials, company settings, current inputs, and saved monthly reports on that browser. The site also stores your analytics-consent choice in a first-party cookie. Clearing browser data can remove locally stored paid-workspace information, so customers should use the workspace backup export when report history matters.

Service providers and technical data

Hosting, analytics when accepted, email delivery, payment, and license-validation providers may process ordinary technical or transaction data needed to provide those services. EmerickTech Bitcoin Treasury does not sell treasury inputs to advertisers.

We use optional analytics to understand how Bitcoin Treasury is used and improve the product. Free tools, paid workspace access, local report storage, and essential functionality work either way.
