What this product never does

• It never asks for a seed phrase, private key, xpriv, or signing credential.
• It never stores xpubs on this site.
• It never sends or signs Bitcoin transactions.
• It never holds customer Bitcoin or USD.

Where calculations and saved reports live

Public Control Pack and calculator financial inputs are processed in the browser and are not written to an EmerickTech product database. Founding Business stores company settings, treasury inputs, and saved monthly reports in that browser's local storage. Customers can export and re-import a JSON backup.

Paid access

Founding Business uses Lemon Squeezy for subscription checkout and license-key issuance. Workspace activation sends the checkout email, license key, and license instance information through this site's license-validation route to Lemon Squeezy. Treasury figures are not included in those license-validation requests.

BTC reference price

When the BTC price field requests a current reference price, the browser calls this site's /api/btc-price route. That route fetches BTC/USD pricing from mempool.space and returns the reference price, source, and retrieval time. The request does not include the Bitcoin quantity, cash figures, policy limits, obligations, or other treasury values entered into the tool.

Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. Analytics is not loaded until a visitor accepts analytics in the consent banner or Cookie Settings. Rejecting analytics does not disable the free tools, paid workspace access, or browser-stored reports.

What the product does not include

• Hosted user accounts or cloud report storage
• Wallet address or xpub monitoring
• Custody, transaction signing, or trading
• Accounting-system integrations or automated journal entries
• Independent security audit
