EmerickTech LLC provides informational treasury-monitoring and reporting tools. The site does not provide investment, accounting, tax, legal, brokerage, custody, or financial-advisory services.

No professional relationship

Using the Control Pack, calculators, templates, or paid workspace does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, or adviser-client relationship.

Your data and assumptions

Outputs depend on figures, prices, and company-selected thresholds you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy, for preserving any browser-stored report history you need, and for having qualified advisers review decisions that rely on the outputs.

Founding Business subscription

Founding Business is an early-access self-service software subscription for one business. It is not a managed reporting or professional-services engagement and does not provide custody, trading, tax filing, automated journal entries, or accounting-system integrations. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued during early access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent paid-access controls, or submit malware. Do not enter seed phrases, private keys, or other signing secrets into any form; this product will not ask for them and must not receive them.

No warranty

The site and workspace are provided as-is. We do not warrant that calculations, content, stored browser data, third-party price feeds, or availability are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, EmerickTech LLC is not liable for decisions made using these tools.

Billing and cancellation

Subscription billing is handled by the checkout provider. Paid workspace access requires a valid subscription-linked license. If the subscription expires or the associated license becomes invalid, paid workspace access can stop. Any cancellation, renewal, refund, or billing terms shown at checkout also apply.
